Due to expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Hays Talent Solutions Team onsite for one of our major clients in Singapore. We are currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join this highly successful team.

Working on a client site offers a unique insight into the environment and culture of the organisation. As your relationship with the client grows you will have the opportunity to work with the client's stakeholders to suggest and implement service improvements and expansions. Taking a key interest in the client, understanding their operational challenges and emerging yourself in their corporate culture and values will make you a subject matter expert and valued team member both to Hays and the client.

You will have proven experience of successfully working to targets, and experience of permanent recruitment, with a proven demonstrable ability of issuing solutions. The successful candidate will ideally have experience of working in an onsite role or will have had considerable client contact with experience of building and maintaining client relationships up to senior stakeholder level.

Candidates should demonstrate in-depth knowledge and experience of the recruitment process and lifecycle to be able to consult competently with the hiring managers. Prior experience of IT recruitment would be advantageous, although not essential. It is essential that you are able to liaise with senior stakeholders to provide the right solutions and have in-depth attention to detail and data analysis skills along with experience of managing external supplier relationships.
