Project Officer - (Application Packaging)

Due to a state wide Windows 8 and Office 365 deployment project, a large government department require a Project Officer to join their Brisbane team on a fixed term engagement until 31st March, with review for extension.
The successful candidate will need to have demonstrated commercial experience as an Application Packager with a strong background in desktop management and deployment using SCCM 2007. You will be required to create, test and deploy App-V packages utilising App-V Sequencer. PowerShell, Registry or Batch scripting is highly desirable.
Experience with Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server Environment, Active Directory, VMware vSphere 5.5 and Office 365 is ideal as you will be providing second and third level support on matters relating to the Windows 8 Platform.
As you will be liaising with relevant internal and external stakeholders, you will need to have strong analytical and problem solving skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
