Our client a market leading legal organisation are currently seeking a Finance Manager to join their Melbourne office in the CBD on a permanent basis.



You will work in a small, but vibrant office of 4-6 people reporting directly to the CEO. You will need to be strong with IT software such as MYOB and have an intermediate to advanced level of excel.



The client is looking for someone with an extensive corporate background from industries such as legal, financial service or professional services.



The roles purpose is to carry out timely, accurate, effective and efficient accounts receivable, collection and Trust Account reconciliations in accordance with the policies and procedures of the business and relevant legislation, so as to maximise cash flow and minimise collection time frames along with preparation and production of management reports



Communication and relationship building is essential for the successful candidate as as you will look to establish and maintain robust effective internal and external professional relationships with key contact and clients.



You will be able to show that you have build longer term relationships with your customers.



You must be a permanent resident of Australia as this is a permanent position to be considered for the role.



Package for the role is $85,000 - $90,000
