The agenda for this job is to take an already good business, and make it great. With a bought-in leadership team behind you and a track record of success in its field along with a raft of loyal clients this organisation is primed for explosive growth between 2015 and the next few years, and you could be at the helm.





Applications are sought from individuals who can demonstrate a track record of successful financial management within the Australian SME environment ( $25 - $50 Million), you'll need to have operated at both the strategic level ( process improvement, client negotiation, etc…) as well as possessing the ability to be a hands on leader and get under the skin of the finance function.





Being an SME, this role does not stop at finance, the business will look to you to help drive business and sales strategy through the effective analysis of supply chain, costs and pricing in order that revenues are maximised.
