This global institutional bank has a large project commencing in the coming weeks and consequently there is a vast amount of recruitment needed. With this comes the need for a number of professional Recruitment Coordinators to support this recruitment drive.



In this role you will be responsible for the full coordination of the recruitment cycle from posting ads, responding to applicant, phone screening, shortlisting, arranging interview rooms with hiring managers and processing letters of offer.



As you will be required to liaise with Executive level hiring managers on a daily basis, it is essential you are exceptionally presented, personable and professional. You will have experience managing/coordinating a fast paced recruitment portfolio and not be afraid to push back and liaise with senior managers. Resilience and drive is essential and you must be immediately available to interview and start in this role.

AUD30.00 - AUD35 per hour + super
