Strategic Planning Manager - Local Brands

- Develop future product roadmap of BCC global brands for China and Hong Kong with local brand marketing team and respective GCBUs.
- Management of new product planning and work with commercial team in early commercial assessment of NPD projects, development roadmap, premarketing activities, strategy development, sales forecasts and launch supply chain readiness.
- Work with local marketing team and project team to developl portfolio project management and implementation.
- Build working relationship with Brand Marketing, R&D, GCBU, Communications and HR to fuel the additional growth of BCC China.
- Provide market trend insights and trends for priority portfolio areas.
