My client remains at the forefront of their industry, being seen as a market leader by their customers and competitors.



Working in conjunction with Hays IT, they are seeking to appoint 2 Junior Business Analysts into a Project team, based in Sydney CBD, supporting the roll out of a new HRIS system



The role will encompass working alongside the current SME, analysing and solving problems in the process and system design. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Business Analysts, with a minimum of 1+ years experience, as a BA, working on a HRIS/Payroll project and end to end test cycle experience of technical solutions, confident in documenting outcomes, with the capability of documenting solutions and managing internal and external stakeholders



This is an opportunity to join a progressive multinational and work on a critical project.
