This organisation specialises in providing workforce management software services and is passionate about providing an excellent service to their clients. Due to continuous growth and success, they are now looking to recruit a business development manager to join their already winning sales force.
Reporting into the WA Sales Manager, you will lead a team to maximise opportunity with existing clients along with developing new business through mapping out the market. You will have previous experience effectively managing staff as you will be responsible for 2 business development consultants. This is a target driven position which requires you to have proven experience in meeting/exceeding KPI's in previous roles.
You will need proven experience negotiating new business and successfully closing deals. You will need to be a self starter, highly motivated, target driven, have an eye for detail and the ability to liaise with clients and staff at all levels. You will need to hold a valid driving licence and be available for interview immediately. It is essential to hold 4-5 years in B2B sales, candidates with experience in software sales will be given preference.
On offer to you:
Is a salary of $80 - $110k base salary (dependent on experience) + Super and an on target bonus of $20k per year which is paid on a quarterly basis. This is an opportunity to join a fast growing and successful organisation that offers ongoing training, development and career progression
