AEE Japan Recruiting Support Team - Senior Analyst

Dalian, Liaoning, China, CN - Information Technology and Services



Job Description :



Schedule: Full-time

Key Responsibilities



The Senior Analyst will be responsible for the prescreening process management. Provide consistent high quality support to Japan recruiting team in accordance with the following service lines:

  • Business data support

  • Prescreening






Transactions



  • Ensure the completion of all administrative tasks related to the implementation of the service lines noted above in the team

  • Ensure the Team perform information maintenance and update for all service lines in an accurate and timely manner

  • Effectively communicate/coordinate with stakeholders & clients as well as internal team to ensure processes and policies consistency and efficiency.




Systems / Standards

  • Maximize the effectiveness of the HR function by ensuring the Team use systems (TS, ATAS, Jobboards, Siebels etc)and procedures that ensure compliance with Accenture standards & SLA

  • Train and support other members of the HR Service Centre in the use of various systems






People Management and Development

  • Maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the Team through empowering individuals to provide maximum benefit to all customers. Activities should include but not limited to:

  • Performance coaching and feedback, as required

  • Plan and assign work to individuals within the Team that fosters maximum skill development




Service Request tracking

  • Closely monitor the inbounding SRs in Siebel and allocate to the teammates where necessary, make sure all SRs get promptly handled and services from different owners are always in consistency;

  • Keep tracking the status of all process flows with process owners, help to enhance process flows to meet most efficiency;




Customer Services

  • Ensure to provide high quality services in a timely and effective manner and within agreed service level.

  • Ensure that any outstanding issues / enquiries are escalated as appropriate to the team lead with constructive recommendation




Teamwork

  • Maximize the effectiveness of teamwork by providing assistance to other team members in busy periods

  • Allocate email enquiries as appropriate within the Team




Continuous Improvement (Processes and SLA's)

  • Complete regular reviews of systems and processes used within the team

  • Make recommendations on process improvements

  • Assist with the review of SLA's and suggest improvements to ensure continuous improvement within the HR Service Centre

  • Create, maintain and monitor all change requests






Auditing



  • Ensure the accuracy of employee information by regularly conducting audits as appropriate to each service line






Special Projects



  • Plan and manage ad hoc projects within the HR Service Centre to address continuous improvement initiatives






Relationships



  • Reports to: AEE HR Japan Recruiting Team Lead

  • Supervises: HR analysts & HR Assistants

  • External Relationships: HR service providers – as appropriate






Qualification :



Qualifications



  • Undergraduate degree, preferably in Human Resources, or equivalent work experience

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in an HR and / or recruiting and project management

  • The incumbent will be based at the AEE in Dalian




Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications as well as HRIS

  • Good communication & interpersonal skills & organizational skills

  • Flexibility and teaming skills

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Demonstrated willingness to work in flat team structure and develop a range of HR competences

  • Strong customer focus

  • Understanding of general HR policies, procedures and current best practice

  • Demonstrated ability to set and meet objectives

  • Strong project management skills including planning, execution and follow through

  • Ability to deliver high impact amid complexity, ambiguity and competing priorities

  • Strong supervisory and employee development skills

  • Ability to operate with a large degree of autonomy and independence
