Do you have the desire to work for a leading manufacturing company that is committed to providing exceptional service to their customers and developing superior products to their clientèle.
Due to expansion and growth, an exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Personal Assistant to join their busy office in the Western suburbs on an full- time contract basis.
To be successful for the role, you will have excellent time and diary management experience as you will be responsible for managing the daily activities of the General Manager.
You will be developing new business and maintaining relationships of their key clients so excellent communication skills is a must. You will be skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel and have an impeccable eye for detail as you will be responsible for database management and processing high-cost orders.
