Overseas Accounting Manager

This business is a global leading company in its industry. And it has a growing business in China. This company is now offering the position of Overseas Accounting Manager based in Suzhou.



You will be responsible for assisting to setup new legal entities around the world, including tax or accounting firm interview, contact local government and local banks etc. Besides, you have to assist HQ supervisors to build up and supervise overseas finance teams. What's more, you need to establish and monitor internal controls to ensure that accounting activities are in accordance with established legal regulatory and company policies and procedures, and comply with SOX, etc.



To be qualified, you must have the degree in Accounting or Finance and related disciplines and at least 8 years experience with 3 years in managerial roles. Besides, good communication skill in oral and written English is a necessity.
