Sought after leading Non-for-profit company are seeking a Workforce Planner for their highly critical customer service environment to continue their success and build on their customer experience and meet demand.
This role has been created to accurately forecast contact volumes and provide efficient staffing schedules across a 50 seat Contact Centre. As the Workforce Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for accurately forecasting call volumes and patterns, Scheduling agents in line with projected call demand, Monitoring real time call queues making sure resources are where they should be, Reporting on schedule adherence, Factoring in Training, leave, sick leave etc to schedule and Analysing data to help with recruitment planning and roster changes
You will ensure service level targets are achieved through planning and allocation of resources and you will liaise with stakeholders to ensure they are aware of any challenges and opportunities. You will be consistently seeking new and improved ways of working to deliver a competitive advantage.
The Workforce Planning Analyst will work closely with the Team Leaders to understand staffing requirements and ensure that optimal results are achieved across all teams.
Salary will be between $70-$75k plus super, Mon-Friday Centre open 8am-6pm. Based in the Parramatta area.
We are looking for someone with 1 to 2 years experience as a workforce planner; you will also have confident Excel skills.
