Governance Risk Manager

Overview:



A top tier bank is seeking a governance risk manager to assist in a group wide EMEA re-mediation programme. This is an initial 6months contract.



Job Duties:



Reporting to the EMEA Risk Governance SRO, to assist in the delivery of a number of high profile EMEA-wide riskre-mediationinitiatives including:



1. delivery (according to a plan) of wide ranging changes to the existing risk governance structure including the set up of new risk committees and enhancements to the supporting infrastructure;



2. creation and implementation of inter-company outsourcing service level agreements between legal entities in EMEA for provision of risk management services; and,



3. development of Risk Management Policies as required to support regional and Legal entity requirements.



The work will be varied and there is potential for the scope to expand to include other areas of risk remediation.





Candidate requirements



Must have experience in a relevant risk management role, or as an ex-bank internal auditor or ex-financial services auditor with top 4 accountancy firm with wide ERM knowledge, experience of regulatoryre-mediationprojects, and prior involvement in Project work particularly in the areas (1-3) above.

Good writing skills, pays attention to detail.

Proactive and delivery focused. These are time pressured workstreams.
