As one of Australia's industry leaders, this successful organisation is looking for a Senior HR/IR Advisor to join their HR team.



In this role you will be required to work alongside the HR manager in completing generalist HR tasks. You will be heavily involved in bulk recruitment; dealing with unions, EBA negotiations and HR systems is an essential part of the role. You will be required to be adaptable in your communication style to liaise with all areas of the business.



To be considered for this role you must have proven experience as an HR Generalist with IR experience. A background in the manufacturing or construction industry or similar is desirable.
