The individual demonstrates the following abilities:

Qualifications

The individual must possess and have successful experience driving and delivering Identity Access Management (IdM or IAM or equivalent) initiatives to completion, preferably in a data center services or IT operations environment.


The individual has at least 3 to 5 years of experience with the following:


• Controls, systems, technology and/or process implementation,


o Process and controls design/redesign, using best practice techniques and tools


o Microsoft, Quest/Dell, Oracle or equivalent vendor software implementation experience related to identity access, Management, or


o Engineering or expertise in IdM and/or IAM Technologies and knowledge of security requirements related to access controls


• Active Directory, Linux, Solaris, and LDAP


• Regulatory Compliance (NIST, DISA STIGs)


• Identity Management best practices – e.g. provisioning, permissions, onboarding, termination processes and Access Management Technologies – e.g. Authentication, Authorization, RBAC, including Data Security and Privacy, and COTS integration


• RBAC design, methodology, strategy and best practices


• Business analysis, systems analysis, access management capability solution implementations and project management


• Process analysis, design, and implementation. The candidate will ideally possess administrative and user training design and delivery expertise in IAM/IdM


Education:


• BA/BS in Systems Engineering, Information Systems Technology or equivalent. Must have relevant and solid working experience in implementing various technology solutions in lieu of a technical or science degree such as Engineering, Computer Science or Technology
