This highly regarded organisation is made up of a number of reputable household brands. Due to growth, they require a Senior Brand Ambassador for the Brisbane Metro Area leading a small team of one other person. This exciting opportunity will be part-time 30 hours per week covering 5 days (Tuesday to Saturday), commencing on a 12 month contract there is a possibility of becoming permanent.



The purpose of this role is to manage the state Brand Ambassador team and liaising with key contact through the business. This will include managing a team of one person where you will provide leadership and guidance through setting of KPI's, personal development and training. You will also be responsible for zone merchandising, training and educating front line operators, providing qualitative and insightful reporting on a weekly and monthly basis, pre visit planning and venue visits as well as any other ad-hoc projects as required.



As the successful incumbent of the role you will have a tertiary qualification ideally in a business or marketing discipline coupled with extensive customer service experience ideally from a retail or promotional capacity. You will have experience working in a managerial capacity where you have provided leadership and developed staff to perform to the highest standards. You will have a proven understanding of marketing principles, have a passion for delivery excellence and have the ability to work in a team environment. It is imperative you are professionally presented with strong communication, organisational and planning skills with the ability to think on your feet to solve problems and prioritise competing deadlines.
