This Civil Engineering Contractor is well established in the Canterbury market, specialising in a variety of major civil works and greenfield subdivision projects in and around Canterbury.



As part of this company's measured growth and expansion, they now require a well rounded and experienced Civil Supervisor to join their team.



In order to carry out this exciting and challenging role you will hold;



* Demonstrable experience managing workload over greenfield subdivisions, civil construction and land development projects

* Working knowledge across bulk earthworks, drainage and infrastructure, roading and paving

* Competent in man management, organisation of workload, resource and materials, programming and scheduling works along with advanced understanding of plans and specifications of major civil works

* A commercial awareness around the profitability of workload and projects

* Ability to communicate across all levels including senior management, Directors, General Manager along with site staff and site management staff

* A full drivers licence (additional licences and endorsements would be beneficial)
