LEAD A STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT PROJECT



6 Month Full time, Fixed Term Contract



This global consultancy provides policy advice based on world-class research and evidence-based decision making. Based in Melbourne, the firm provides strategic planning, research, analysis and evaluation services to government agencies worldwide.



Working remotely or from the Melbourne office, with August - December spent in the Middle East, this is an exciting opportunity to lead an education strategy development project for an overseas government of a high income country.



With guidance from a Principle Adviser, you'll manage a team of four Advisers/Analysts whilst leading a national review of KPIs across all phases of the current education system. You'll also co-ordinate analysis of sectoral data, develop new measurement guidelines, mechanisms for data collection and KPI targets, as well as prepare and present reports and findings to senior level stakeholders.



To ensure your success you'll need 10 year's + public service experience in education strategy/policy. Strategic planning, evaluation and performance reporting are the core required skills, along with managerial experience.
