Job Responsibilities



• The candidate will work closely with the Data University Team and build content to support Data Technology Products.



• Should be able to design user manuals, training manuals and develop online content to deliver online data trainings.



• Analyze support documents to improve user experience with high quality PowerPoint presentations which drives and influence the available data trainings within an organisation.



• This candidate should have excellent communication skills working in a team environment.



• Expertise on tools like Articulate storyline, captivate, Robo Help, Adobe Frame Maker, Photoshop, MS Visio and Smart Draw.



• Basic database skills with understanding of SQL, reporting tools and big data and willingness to onboard self on evolving technologies as needed.



• Proficiency in Adobe Dream weaver and other web designing programs using HTML, Flash, scripting and CSS.



• Excellent multimedia content development skills



Job Requirements



• Bachelor's degree in instructional design or information technology with a 3-5 year experience in web related development and content writing in a tech industry



• Primary role in recent positions must be as a business analyst or data analyst with direct user contact



• Think out of box to innovate solutions encompassing multi modes



• Experience designing and delivering instructor-led and online content



• Excellent online communications, writing skills, good listening skills, multi-tasking skills, ability to work individually.



• Should be able to think and work closely with SMEs, trainers and content developers to collaborate on effective onboarding strategy



• Validating contents for accuracy, usability to measure and monitor progress in adherence to goals



• Experience working with geographically dispersed teams



Qualifications :


Basic Qualifications


  • Bachelor"s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Bachelor"s degree in communications, journalism, technical writing or related field preferred

  • Two or more years of technical writing experience

  • Experience working with desktop publishing, word processing, and on-line documentation software

  • Experience working with industry writing style such as grammar, sentence form, and structure

  • Experience working with company software products



  • Other Qualifications


    • Strong communication skills

    • Personal computer and business solutions software skills

    • Good proofreading and editing skills

    • Ability to convert technical knowledge into easily understood terms

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
