This global technology company located in North Ryde are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team.



In this role you will be the main point of contact for new and existing customers. You will be fielding incoming inquiries on stock, pricing and product information, processing and tracking sales orders through SAP. You will also be handling the occasional complaint and performing ad hoc office administration duties.



To be considered for this role you should have recent phone based customer service/ call centre experience, working knowledge of SAP and strong verbal and written communication skills.



The hours of the role are from Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and offers a starting salary of $45K + Super. They are located very close to the station and public transport.
