Our client is a US-funded company with a long-standing international business in developing most advanced memory controller and System-on-Chip (SoC) designs. We are looking for a Experienced Customer Support Engineering Manager to join our highly animated international team based in Shanghai.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of a Customer Support Engineering team to deliver superior service and establish a high performing team. You will be responsible for managing and optimising functional area performance by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to build and execute service strategies aligned to organization and corporate strategic objectives.
Ideally, we are looking for a strong leadership skills and the ability to comfortably work across department boundaries and geographies. The ability to be guided by business objectives and determine best methods for delivering results and firmware management including firmware release and CIV experience. 5+ Knowledge of storage host interface protocol and English skills are required.
