An exciting opportunity has just arisen for an experienced and ambitious Maintenance Manager who comes for a Lubricant Plant background.



Responsible for leading a team of 4 this role is a vital role to the successful and safe running of this state of the art plant.

This management level position requires a hands-on person who understands the importance of minimising downtime and who can actively get involved with their team in ensuring that all machinery and equipment runs smoothly and safely.



As Plant Manager full responsibility for annual CAPEX and OPEX budgets will be part of your remit as will maintenance of the automated software modules.



To qualify for this role you will come from a Lubricant Plant / Blending Plant maintenance background, have management and strong reporting and budgetary experience and will enjoy a hands on role.



This role promises strong career growth and excellent prospects for ambitious and experienced candidates.
