Reporting into the Regional Head of Projects, New products Initiatives, your mandate is to manage business analysis, requirement gathering and implementation of smaller tactical technology and process projects aimed at enhancing current BAU activities of the Middle Office for the wider department.



The role based in Singapore will support middle office new initiatives including project initiation and fund raising, technical analysis, feasibility studies, documentation, management reporting and key stakeholder management. You will be the key point of contact for managing relationship from front to back office, senior management teams, various operations and technology team and COO office.



An applicant must have a strong background on cross asset classes (Fixed Income, FX, Equities, Derivatives), STP, Operations, whilst capable of reviewing concepts on Macro level. A perfect blend of techno-functional specialist with stronger focus on project initiation, budgeting and successful implementation of "cost-saving-ideas" background is highly desirable. Interested candidates having strong multi-cultural exposure coupled with knowledge of banking operations; middle office technology team from Tier 1/2 organisations will be selected. You must possess strong interpersonal, communication and time management skills.
