Our client is at the forefront of the E-learning industry and due to continued growth and success, is searching for a skilled Career Advisor to join their dedicated team on the Northern Beaches based head office.



You will be in an office based position, consulting students over the telephone to prepare them for entry into the workforce upon graduation. You will work closely with the students to build their LinkedIn profile, CV and interview skills and discuss options for their career going forward.



The ideal candidate will have a background in HR or career advisory and a solid history of working in telephone based customer service. Qualifications in Business Management, Natural Therapies, Events or Beauty Therapy will be a distinct advantage, and working knowledge of Salesforce or Moodle will be highly advantageous.



The offices are based on the Northern Beaches and your timetable can be discussed upon interview. You may be expected to work the occasional weekend, but will never be expected to work later than 6pm on any given day. The salary is $65-70K + Super dependent on your experience.
