Stable and global law firm is seeking a bilingual HR staff who can administrate recruitment, training, and various areas of HR.
As an HR generalist, you will be involved in a wide range of HR tasks, while supporting foreign and domestic lawyers, and other bilingual staff. This person contacts recruiting agencies to bring in the English-speaking, highly-qualified professionals to the firm and will administrate training activities. This person will handle confidential employee data while coordinating all personnel-related tasks. This person will directly report to HR Manager and will have many career opportunities to be in charge of strategic issues in the future.
We are looking for candidates who have 2 to 5 years of HR administration in a leading international organization. Native-level Japanese and business-level English are required. This person will be speaking English on a daily basis, so someone who is strongly motivated to utilize his/her language skills is welcomed. This person should have a good understanding of labor laws and clear communication skills. As the HR department deals with a number of confidential issues, this person should be discrete and responsible.
