My client is an emerging international General Insurance firm with a strong presence in the Hong Kong market. With plans to grow the business, they are now seeking a Director to oversee their operations within Hong Kong.



As the Director of Operations, your key focus is to oversee all aspects of the General Insurance business. You will oversee various operational functions such as Underwriting, Claims, Client Servicing and Business Development to ensure all budgets are met and targets are achieved. Reporting to the CEO, you will ensure that the organisation's overall strategy is implemented.



In order to be successful for this opportunity you will possess over 15+ years of Management Experience within General insurance, strong knowledge of Underwriting and Claims management will be an asset. Communications in English and Cantonese are mandatory for this position.
