You will be the first point of contact for the customer; linking them to all facets of the business. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships, order processing, invoicing, processing credits, responding to and resolving customer enquiries and complaints regarding orders, stock availability and pricing, investigating order delays and general office administration and data entry.



Along with at least 18 months experienced in an office-based Customer Service role, you will be positive and dynamic with a fine eye for detail. You will be a true people person; passionate about your customers and collaborative with your team. You will be computer literate and competency with SAP will send your resume to the top of the pile. Our client is looking for someone who has had solid tenure in previous work positions to prove your loyalty and dedicated work ethic.



This is a great opportunity for someone who will value a comprehensive ongoing learning and development program and use it to excel. The office is based in Macquarie Park, close to trains and buses and is bright, airy, open plan with kitchen and entertainment facilities and balconies. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am until 5pm. The salary is $45K + Super.
