HR & Admin Director - Wuhan

This is a 1st tier Chinese Company who`s running diversified business in both Mainland China and overseas. Now to support the continuous growing business, they are looking for an experienced HR Director to support their new opening business in Wuhan.



The incumbent will be responsible for the overall Human Resources and Administration work, developing annual manpower planning proposal and human resources budget in accordance with business needs and management guidelines. You should provide systematic tools and guidelines to identify managerial talent to meet the business and manpower needs, working closely with line managers to recruit high level talents. You will need to handle special case about employee relationship happened in Wuhan region, and conduct organizational diagnosis to find out the weak point to improve and ensure the healthy of the organization. Other work if needed.



To be qualified, you should have bachelor degree (1st degree) or above, with minimum 12years Human Resources experience in both MNC and POE, amongst which recent 4years as a management role. FMCG, Hospitality, Resort related industry experience is a plus. And it is essential to be fluent in English.
