Be part of a established company who supply recognised brands across the Australia. They are looking for a number of Account managers/Customer Service candidates to join their busy, high performing teams.
Commencing immediately you will be working in a thriving team environment where refined customer service skills are second to none. You will be the main point of contact for new and existing customers over the phone and via email. Your day will ensuring the highest levels of customer service are maintained; Processing orders and enquiries in an accurate, efficient and timely manner; Up-selling and cross-selling new products working with internal departments to effectively deal with any issues that may arise; Maintain required service levels and meet assigned customer service KPI's; Ensure ongoing currency of product knowledge via proactive and effective involvement in training and development;
This position will require you to work mon-fri 9am-5:30pm starting on a temp contract of $24ph and a permanent salary of $45-50k plus commission OTE $80k
Successful applicants will ideally have experience within FMCG, contact centres, retail, sales or customer service, refined customer service skill and excellent communication are a must!
You will be working for a recognised national company in a busy lively team. The possibility to grow within the company for high performers may be available. Close to public transport and parking available.
