HAYS Construction have seen a number of contract opportunities become available and are working with some excellent clients, who are recruiting for experienced Contract Administrators to support them as they enter the busiest period of the year.
One of these clients is a highly regarded Tier 3 builder, who due to winning of a number of projects, are looking for a Contract Administrator with experience across the residential and commercial sectors.
Working alongside the Senior Project Managers, you will perform the full contract administration role including; the letting of tenders, the processing of claims and invoices, managing sub-contractor variations and progressing claims. You will also help out on the Estimating side where needed. This is a minimum three month contract and could run for longer depending on project workload, but due to an extremely healthy project pipeline, this looks like being a long-term opportunity.
There are two positions available with this organisation, one being a purely office based role and the other a 50/50 split between office and site.
