Our client is a well established commercial construction firm, with a bias towards apartment but also covering multi-disciplines. This firm has been trading for over 30 years, and offer a complete turnkey operation. The corporate identity is design focussed with a fresh, dynamic and professional service approach.





You will join a dedicated & professional project team committed to meeting the delivery deadline with an outstanding class of finish. The project itself covers several storeys and will involve a high level of quality control and delivery through signing off completed sections. There is also a large component of services within the scope of works.



As Finishes Foreman for this role you will be essentially responsible for various stages of delivery, successfully running trade packages to completion, motivating and assisting subcontractors to achieve consistent programme delivery, monitoring and ensuring quality and specifications are met, regularly updating the programme status to the Senior Site Manager and assisting in the planning of works where applicable.

Previously experienced in a similar role, you will enjoy using your communication and organisational skills to achieve successful delivery of apartment projects. Track record of apartments projects is a must, and preferably a tertiary background is favourable though not essential. Having experience in running professional commercial projects to a high standard of efficiency with well informed and programmed sub-trades is key.



You will enjoy working as part of a Project Management delivery team, and liaising with seniors where support is required. Driven and enthusiastic you will be able to move projects along at a good pace whilst still keeping a good structure, happy sub contractors and meeting high quality expectancies.
