A rare and exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Store Manager at a high-end, luxury women's wear retailer.



Reporting to the National Retail Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a Flagship CBD store and team. You will do this through extensive coaching and development and providing appropriate training opportunities. Key accountabilities include consistent monitoring of all financials and K.P.I's, and also taking appropriate measures to uphold and go beyond all expectations. Consistent communication and feedback on each employee's performance with the National Retail Manager is also a key element to the role.



To be considered for this position you must have proven extensive experience in managing stores, ideally in a high-end, luxury goods environment. You will have key skills in implementing and executing sales and growth strategies as well as a background in managing and exceeding budgets and sales targets. Exceptional time management, communication and motivational skills are essential.
