Hays IT are working with this asset intensive water business to hire an IT Business Analyst with specific eDRMS project experience for a long-term contract.



The Role:



* Identification and definition of business requirements of respective businesses units and stakeholders, and to help determine solutions to meet these business needs or resolve the business problems.



* Business requirements gathering utilising best practice Business Analysis techniques



* Investigate requirements and problems, seeking effective business solutions through improvements in automated and non-automated components of new or changed processes.



* Assists in the analysis of the underlying issues arising from investigations into requirements and problems and identifies available options for consideration.



* Select and use tools and methods to establish, clarify and communicate the non-functional requirements of system users, their characteristics and tasks and identifies the technical, organisational and physical environment in which complex products or systems will operate.



Experience Required:



* Substantial Electronic Document Records Management experience
