As the Sydney Construction market continues to reach record levels, a new skills shortage is emerging within the site deliver sector... in particular with finishes foreman. Are you an experienced finishes foreperson with an extensive background in the high rise residential market? This company are a renowned Sydney based Builder & Developer with office not only in Sydney but VIC and the ACT. Do you several new projects reaching finishes stages and the rush to complete a vast majority of work before Christmas they are currently looking for TWO finishes forepeople to be based on projects in the Sydney Metro area.
This company have been in operation for just over 18 years now and have great reputation within the industry as an employer of choice. The tend to do their own developments and due to the sharp rise in the residential sector their growth levels is through the roof! There is currently two projects under-way that they need assistance with and both are likely to go through the Christmas period and into early FEB/ (Obviously with public holidays off). The projects are both over the $60 Million mark and both are over 15 storeys. One is based in the CBD and the other inner west.
To be successful in your application you will need to be from a known contractor that concentrate on the residential market. You will have worked as a finishing foreperson and thoroughly enjoy that section of the project and the detail that comes with it. You must have a keen eye for detail, ideally be a carpenter by trade and be able to manage multiple subcontractors at any one time.
As this is a contract role you will need to be available for immediate employment. You DO NOT need an ABN, SOLE TRADER OR PTY to work on contract. Call me to discuss your options.
