PHP Developer



This large government organisation have an immediate need for a skilled PHP web developer for an ongoing project initially through to next year, with the option to then go permanent thereafter. Skills required assisting in development of a public facing website used by the community.



We're looking for the ability to effectively use web based programming languages, PHP5 and Yii Framework. Additional web skills like JavaScript, jQuery and jQuery Mobile are required as there is quite a large mobile development component to the role where they have the need to make this site compatible with mobile devices.



We're also looking knowledge of PHP5 with PostgreSQL Database, working with Linux and Apache stack within web environments. Linux scripting ability (Bourne Shell) an advantage.
