Senior Business Transformation Analyst

Our client is a global financial institution embarking on a major transformation programme. They are currently looking to recruit at Senior Business Transformation Analyst to join their growing team.
This role reports to the Programme Director. Your focus will be around conducting analysis of enterprise wide or very complex internal client needs in project areas such as new / existing business operating models, operational readiness assessment, facilitate discussions and issues to bring to resolution, develop solutions to problems of unusual complexity, direct / conducts analysis of current business processes and functional requirements, build relationships across the organisation to gain buy-in and move initiatives forward, makes recommendations for improvements to company standards / methodologies and provides on-going project management and status reporting at all levels.
To be qualified for this position, you need to possess a Bachelor's Degree and at least 6-8 years of equivalent experience. You will be required to have a broad range of consulting experience (internal / external) in large scale business transformation, this may include projects such as significant business process re-engineering, organisation design, development of a talent management programme, or developing a system of management measures. Training in a specific business process methodology (e.g. Six Sigma) and flexibility to adopt alternate methodologies is an added advantage.
