Customer Service Representative

This highly reputable Australian manufacturer of consumer appliances is currently in search of an experienced customer service representative to join their fantastic team based in Rosebery.



This role is working within the consumer relations team which involves responding to customer queries through phone and email regarding pricing, availability, how to use the products, warranties, faults and complaints. Aswell as this there is data entry and order processing.



To be considered for this role you should have at least 2 years of recent customer service experience within a similar role, excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to turn angry customers around whilst keeping calm.



This a fantastic well known company to work for which offers a great team environment and really supportive management. This is a permanent role paying a salary of $45K + Super. The hours are from 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. There is parking available onsite.
