The client is a luxury MNC lifestyle producer leader, they have been exceeding their sales targets in both Retail and Travel Retail areas, therefore are now expanding their presence in Hong Kong and Macau. With their latest flagship opening in HK's prime shopping location, they are looking for an individual who has strong presentation with experience in either of the market mentioned to join their high performing team.



Key Responsibilities:

* Drive sales while representing the brand in a good manner

* Respond to customer, including assistance, complaints, VIP as well as cashier

* Build relationships

* Assist on VM guidelines while maintaining the flagship in a high standard

* Stock management

* Generate and increase VIP database



Successful candidate:

* Fluency in English, Cantonese and Good command in Mandarin

* 1-2 years of luxury sales experience from other luxury fashion brands
