An exciting opportunity to work for a Global organisation in Sydney CBD. This organisation is known for its excellent culture and the growth & learning opportunities they offer their staff.



Due to a promotion, they are currently seeking a Team Coordinator to support the Recruitment team. Supporting the Talent Development Manager & wider management team, you will provide administrative support across a variety of different training & development programmes. Coordinating training programmes, your duties will consist of; booking meeting rooms, arranging catering, coordinating venue, collating training materials & presentations and organising the trainer. In addition you will manage the team inbox, assist with the on-boarding & set up of new staff & will provide elements of PA support to the Director.



This is a crucial role in a busy, dynamic part of the business. You must be extremely proactive & diligent, be able to juggle a busy workload & use your initiative. Strong Microsoft Office skills are a must including Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills.



To be considered for this role you must have a strong administrative background, ideally with an interest in the HR/ Recruitment space. This organisation look for dynamic, hungry & ambitious individuals and to join this high energy team, you must be extremely motivated!
