This highly regarded, not for profit organisation are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant and Office Manager to join their small team located in beautiful offices in Braddon. They are looking for someone to start early in the new year with interviews happening in the next few weeks



You are an experienced and professional Executive Assistant who has worked at a senior level in a similar role. You will be reporting to the CEO and will be responsible for executive assistant duties, including diary management, arranging travel, taking minutes at meetings, creating PowerPoint presentations and receiving visitors.



You will be required to act as Office Manager with duties including, accounts payable and receivable, credit card reconciliations, filing and stationary management, dealing with external contractors, assisting with the upkeep of the office along with any other ad hoc duties that may arise.



To be considered for this position you will have a wealth of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting at senior level. You will be extremely personable, efficient and proactive. You will be immaculately presented and extremely organised. You will enjoy meeting clients and be very service orientated. Experience working within the Financial Services/Banking industry will be highly regarded.
