This global FMCG Company has strong business in China with multiple manufacturing sites. Due to continuous growth of their business they are seeking talents with strong background to join them.



Reporting to the Logistic Director of China, you are responsible for the 3PL & vendor management on cooperate level. You need to monitor and manage our 3PL partner in relation to performance & spend, compliance with SOW, SLA's and continual improvement programs. Partner Stock control, accuracy & accountability. Dock to stock & shipping clean, in full, on time. Reverse Logistics (RMA) process control & continual improvement programs. Daily system reconciliations. Analyse, monitor & manage spend, validate & approve all billing. EDI file monitoring. IS & T ticket management & escalation owner. Manage special projects & related costs. Continue to improve efficiencies through data analysis, process change, and/ or automation. Responsible for continual cost savings & process improvements - driving efficiencies into the business. Ongoing focus & drive on efficiency gains in outbound & reverse logistics. Continual improvement programs, both internally and externally. Sharing best practices with other DC Leads in the region or globally. Working closely with the Analysts or Implants - mentoring whenever necessary.



You need to have Minimum 5 years solid experience in Logistics / 3PL Vendor Management or similar background. Hands on & have attention to detail. Be self motivated and able to motivate others to drive the business with a minimum of supervision. A strong team player & even stronger leader with the ability to manage non direct reports successfully. Commitment to customer satisfaction. SAP System Knowledge & WMS experience is beneficial. Knowledge of Import/Export rules & regulations. Able to measure, monitor & manage partner performance & costs. Ideally, you will have the exposure of working on a regional level and intensively working with cross-functional team. Good command of English is a must.
