Hays Public Practice are delighted to be working with a Top 10 firm in Norwich, who are seeking an Accounts Manager to work closely with the partners, managing the Business and Accounting team for the Norwich office.



The role would suit an ambitious Senior or Assistant Manager seeking to progress or an experienced manager with previous portfolio management experience, who is keen to move to a firm who can support their ambitions and assist with expanding their knowledge across a wide range of sectors.



· Manage a diverse portfolio of small and medium sized clients.

. Develop the client relationships, identifying opportunities to add value to their business and operations.

· Work closely with local and national audit teams to provide accounts preparation services.

· Manage resource requirements, budget and manage teams of junior colleagues.

. Present the Partners and Directors with completed files ahead of client meetings.

· Attend client meetings with Partner / Director.

· Lead Norwich Business Services and accounting team

· Work closely with the local Partner / Director group to further develop the firm's market offering.

. Attend and take ownership of local networking commitments.





Ideal Candidate

- ACA/ACCA Qualified
