Our client, a leader in their field, is seeking a qualified accountant for this Finance Business Partner job role based from their Head Office in Fareham. The main objective of this role will be to liaise with and act as the key finance contact for the Operations & Technology division in aiding the development and delivery of strategic plans.
This is a very visible and influential role and will require sound communication and stakeholder management expertise, alongside a proven technical and commercial finance skill set enabling you to add value and challenge to decision making.
The job role will require you to produce plans and forecasts, undertake analysis and provide insight to the data at hand, whilst also recognising and instigating process improvements for improved efficiencies and controls.
You must have experience of partnering with senior level individuals, not only from within the finance arena but also the IT department. You will be highly computer literate with an advanced working knowledge of Excel and ideally TM1.
