HP's Global Business Process Management (GBPM)group works directly with HP’s senior executives to define, analyze, and shape HP’s strategic end-to-end business processes. This position will lead high profile, multi-generational initiatives to increase the competitiveness of HP’s$56B Printers & Personal Systems (PPS) business unit.

We are looking for a highly talented individual contributor with strong analytic and communications skills to join the team. In this role, you will leverage experience in management consulting or business strategy to deliver data-driven, insightful recommendations to HP’s PPS senior executive management team.

This position reports directly to the VP of Global Business Process Management for PPS in the company headquarters in Palo Alto,CA.



KEYRESPONSIBILITIES


  • Work closely with the VP to drive key initiatives spanning growth strategy and operational excellence

  • Lead cross-functionally and collaboratively across organizations to help secure commitment for large multi-generational initiatives

  • Analyze internal processes with relation to industry trends, competitive threats, expansion opportunities and strategic alignment

  • Work closely with executive team to identify and evaluate new technologies, innovations, and outsourced partner relationships for alignment with strategy roadmap and business value



    • Work closely with the business to develop strategic roadmaps for business processes and key programs across multiple Business Units, and effectively communicate plans to executive levels of staff, industry partners, and customers

    • Leverage recognized technical and business expertise to guide and shape business strategy and decision-making at the highest organizational levels

    • Influence and provide direction to senior leaders on end-to-end process improvement initiatives in order to achieve desired business results

    • Develop GBPM team members, and enhance their skills and capabilities through project work and one-to-one coaching

Education and Experience Required




  • MBA from a top-tier business school

  • 3-5 years’ experience at a leading consulting firm

  • Expertise in engineering or technology industry
