Key Deliverables







· Work with the Lean Six- Sigma team to automate, manage, and improve the training and certification process for belt candidates.



· Organize and manage the Wave training process, including screening candidate applications, matching candidates with mentors, organizing study groups and study group leaders, and organizing virtual training sessions (instructors and candidates).



· Organize and manage the certification review calendar, ensuring all certification projects are reviewed and approved and the required number of certified belts will be available for the certification panel review.



· Assist the team’s Lean-Six Sigma Black Belts in strategic improvement projects across the organization.







QUALIFICATIONS:



Education/Experience







· Current undergraduate student, Freshman to Junior (Graduation date > May, 2016)



· Quantitative aptitude and general business knowledge



· Leadership ability



· Ability to organize and multi-task independently/ self driven



· Attention to detail



· Program Management skills



· Data analysis ability



· Willing to learn quality assurance methodologies



· Excellent communication skills both verbal and written



· Strong MS Office skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint; SharePoint a plus)



· Legally able to work in the US



Starting date : December 2014







Hours :



· Summer: Full time employment



· School Year: 15-20 hours per week
