  HP is looking for an experienced Project Manager expert in Digital Customer Experience to work in a strategic area for our customer. As Project Manager will lead existing and new projects but also will act as advisor for our Customer providing new approaches and new solutions. With this role will be responsible of developing new business opportunities.

  
  

  Job responsibilities

  
  

  • Responsible for the profitability of the projects and achievement of business growth targets.

  
  

  • Will collaborate with the Account / Sales team identifying and developing new business opportunities.

  
  

  • Act as DCX consultant for our Customer.

  
  

  • Market trends knowledge, in digital market and news web technologies.

  
  

  • Accountable for customer satisfaction.

  
  

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role managing Web Projects related with Digital Content Management and Digital Marketing.

• Demonstrated experience with Oracle Webcenter Sites / FatWire and knowledge about cloud based solutions.

• Experience leading distributed teams among different localizations (international teams)

• Desirable ITIL / ITSM certification.

• Ability to build & manage strong customer relationship.

• Fluent in Spanish, English and highly desirable in Catalan.

• Additional skills will be positively considered:

o Experience in Mobile projects

o Business knowledge in the insurance / assistance domain
