Compliance Analyst - SOx

TI Automotive develops, manufactures and supplies automotive fluid storage, carrying and delivery systems, used by all of the world's major automobile manufacturers. The company has grown rapidly both organically and through acquisition and now have a truly global footprint and over 20,000 employees worldwide.

The shareholders have requested management to consider various capital raising alternatives, one of which is the potential for a US listing. Given a base requirement for a US listing is compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley act (SOx), the business is seeking a Compliance Analyst to assist with the development and roll-out of Sarbanes-Oxley processes and controls. Working with management across Europe, you will help explain the impact of SOx and interpret accounting policies, processes and procedures as they relate to SOx Compliance and Internal Controls over Financial Reporting. This role will give you exposure to senior management, helping you build greater understanding of operations and increase your profile within the business, aiding future progression.

Applicants should hold an accounting qualification - ACA, CA, ACCA, CPA or European equivalent, and have proven audit and Sarbanes-Oxley or internal controls experience gained in practice or industry. Fluent written and spoken English is essential as is the desire and flexibility to travel 50-75%. Further European languages, especially French, German or Spanish would be beneficial.
