The HRD has the overall responsibility for the assigned Service Line(s) to provide HR strategy and best practice within the Strategy framework of Atos CN/HQ HR, in the areas of resource management, performance management, competency development, C&B, M&A, labor compliance, best practices and organizational effectiveness



»Strategy Development: Design of China wide HR strategy of the assigned Service Line(s) deriving from their business strategy to ensure a long-term and sustained Human Resource management contribution to the business success



»Consulting: Business Partner of the Top Management of the assigned Service Line(s). Focuses of consulting:

- Specialist consulting to generate alternative solutions for technical questions and problems that arise

- Coaching for partnership promotion of top-class performance and increasing management qualifications

- Support talent management and succession plan

- Support the development of high performance organization and people excellence.

- Ensure high quality and timely support in the process of target setting, budgeting, annual performance review and manpower planning, competency management, change management.

- Consulting /coaching in management and leadership issues for business management

- M&A HR support

- Promote corporate culture.





»Manpower Planning and Resource Management: Work closely with service line managers to develop and review Manpower Planning. Key driver in recruitment and selections in designated SL/function to make sure right people in right position. Overall responsibility in fulfilling open positions of all levels as an adviser for line managers.



»Leadership*: Leading HR Officer functionally. Promotion of a climate of trusting cooperation to create the basis for teams that perform well and work efficiently.



»Project Works: Initiating and consistent implementation of HR projects/Programs as a Center of Competence (CoC) of the assigned HR specialized area.
