Our client are a major not for profit organisation who manage federally funded programs that support migrants in Australia. To ensure a high level service provision continues they are looking for experienced Case Managers in the South Eastern and Northern Suburbs.



Working with adults and families from diverse backgrounds you will offer on the ground support as they try to integrate. Depending on the individual requirements you will connect them with a range of services including specialist social support services.



Qualified in Social Work or a related field you will have demonstrated experience managing multiple cases. Having worked in a social work environment previously you will have the ability to develop case and care plans and provide relevant support to all clients. Foreign language skills are highly regarded.



This is an excellent opportunity to work in a rewarding socials services role.
