Our client are a major not for profit organisation who manage federally funded programs that support migrants in Australia. To ensure a high level service provision continues they are looking for experienced Team Leaders in the South Eastern and Northern Suburbs.



Supporting a team of case managers you will be responsible for day to day direction and supervision, case review and assistance. You will undertake any program development projects in line with business needed and your skill set. Also, you will be charged with ensuring a strong work culture in maintained



With a relevant Social Work qualification you must have hands on Social Work experience coupled with proven management capabilities. Managing a high volume, case load oriented program is essential, as is the ability to lead and motivate a team. Previous experience with asylum seekers and refugees would be highly regarded.
